Please provide an explanation for overspeeds/stalls.

VNKT was experience high wind gusts which affect my aircraft speed. No actual stall activities took place, my aircraft never experienced a nose dive nor an automatic autopilot disconnect. The turbulence affected my aircraft's indicated airspeed in both extremes (high speed and low speed).
